Cinnamon Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients:

1. One glass of water
2. Two cinnamon sticks

Preparation:



Take water in a bowl and boil properly till that vapor comes up.
When boiling, place the cinnamon sticks and let it boil for 45 minutes.
Turn off the gas, cool the pan and let it muffle for an additional ten minutes. Your cinnamon tea is prepared and ready to drink.

How Many times you have to take Cinnamon Tea for weight loss?

To reduce weight rapidly, you must take one cup of cinnamon tea thrice a day.
You can take it as hot or cold tea as well.

Caution:

Avoid cinnamon tea if you are Pregnant. It is not recommended for pregnant women and can even lead to abortion.
